What if my website breaks after an update?
That's exactly why I test all updates in a safe environment first. But if something does go wrong, I'll fix it immediately – no extra charges, no waiting days for a response. Your website downtime is my emergency too.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. I believe in earning your trust month by month through reliable service, not locking you into agreements.
How quickly do you respond to issues?
For urgent issues (site down, security problems), I generally respond the same day or by the next business day. For general questions and non-urgent matters, you'll hear back from me within 1-2 business days.
What if I need help with something outside my plan?
I'm happy to quote additional work separately. As your trusted tech partner, I'll always be transparent about what's included in your plan and what would be extra. No surprises, no hidden fees.
Do you work with any hosting provider?
No. I've found that there are providers that, no matter how much optimization you do, your site will keep experience problems. I'll give you honest guidance if your current host is causing problems or slowing down your site. But sometimes, a hosting change is the best investment you can make for your website's performance.
